How it works

Choose your WILD package and your preferred dates, contact us and lets start planning your WILD adventure.

Once we have confirmed availability and your WILD package, we then kindly request a 20% non refundable deposit to secure your booking, along with a completed booking form. The remaining balance is to be paid in full 14 days before your WILD event.

And that’s it…..We turn up on your event day at an agreed time and you can sit back and relax! We do all the setting up and taking down again once your WILD adventure is over. (Don’t worry though, your event may come to an end but your memories will last forever!)

A refundable equipment security deposit of £125 per booking is also payable 14 days before your event. This will be refunded within 7 days after your event date once we have successfully completed our equipment checks.

If any item is broken, irreparably stained or torn then the deposit will be used to cover any replacement costs. Additional costs will need to be covered if the damage exceeds £125.

All Tents and Giant inflatable cinema screens must be pitched on a grassed area that is free of stones, dirt and debris.
